WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
Most of the members are having background, working experience with Self Help Groups in entire district. Since the inception Self Help Groups in the rural villages, many of our team members are closely associated in the evolution of the concept in the rural villages and were part in bringing up best practices in the groups. Training’s to members were one of the core areas of facilitation in every aspect right from group management to book keeping. Entrepreneur Development Program, which was later evolved in the state and the same, was equipped by our team. So, the nature of working environment, gaps that prevails, lack of value chain analysis, existing demand, operations of SHG’s and VO’s and the bank & marketing linkages are well studied by our team members.
COMMUNITY HEALTH
Water and Sanitation is another major focused area of the Organization, because both are playing a key role in the tribal villages. Poor quality of drinking water in the villages is pushing them to the victims of seasonal diseases and on the other side poor sanitation in the villages strengthening the epidemic. Organization is taking precautionary measures on the issue and awareness programs are conducted in the villages. Organization has recently promoting “Swacch Bharat” program in the villages and also taking the support of “Rural Water Supply” department to get qualitative drinking water facility and promote construction of Individual Sanitary Latrines in the villages.
NATURAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
Natural Resource Management refers to the management of natural resources such as land, water, soil, plants and animals, with a particular focus on how management affects the quality of life for both present and future generations.Natural resource management deals with managing the way in which people and natural landscapes interact. It brings together land use planning, water management, biodiversity conservation, and the future sustainability of industries like agriculture, mining, tourism, fisheries and forestry. It recognizes that people and their livelihoods rely on the health and productivity of our landscapes, and their actions as stewards of the land play a critical role in maintaining this health and productivity.

CONSUMER RIGHTS.
Though consumer rights came into existence long back, but still 90% of consumers are not aware of consumer rights or how to approach to fight for his right. Any consumer has the right to fight for his concern, because he is the consumer and he plays major role in economy of the country. As Mahatma Gandhi quoted “Customer is our God. Give Respect to him”. But today many of them are involved in the exploitation to mint money keeping the consumer ignorance as investment. We have many regulatory systems established in our country or State, but they are not availed by the consumers, because of ignorance or negligence or illiteracy or not having confidence on those systems.
